1 box of Pasta (bowties or wacky mac work great)
1 bottle of Kens Light Caesar Salad Dressing
Container of Grape tomatoes
1 stalk of Celery
Feta Cheese
When shopping, you can substitute a lot of this, but do not substiture the dressing as that is the key ingredient in this pasta salad. I prefer to use bow tie pasta, but a colored pasta, like wacky mac works just as well. Cherry tomatoes work just as well as grape tomatoes. The key here is that you want bite size pieces so that you are not having to use a knife at all! Onto the recipe:
Cook entire box or bag of pasta until al dente. Don’t over cook the pasta because you really don’t want it limp. Once pasta is done, rinse with cold water. While pasta cools, dice celery into bit size pieces and cut grape tomatoes in half. Toss both in with the pasta.
Once pasta, grape tomatoes, and celery are combined in a bowl, pour one bottle of Ken’s Steak House Light Caesar Salad Dressing into the bowl & toss until everything is coated. Let chill for 1 hour.
Once pasta has chilled for one hour, toss again making sure all flavor has incorporated. Top with a handful or two of feta cheese.

Thank you for sharing!
I make this dish with olives and chopped red pepper, and I highly suggest it if you want a bit of a new take on it!
